(8 1/2 Years Teaching In China) 1. University In Jinan – Oral English Teacher (Aug. 28 2004 -- April 2007): Taught in Shandong Province China as a Foreign Expert Teacher. Improved students’ oral English ability level beyond normal expectations. Proven to have the highest success rate for students’’ improvement level. Taught with an unique style, specialized learning methodology, skillful techniques that boost students' self-confidence. 2. University In Qingdao,/font> (May. 2007 – Feb.2008): 2007 - Freshman Class; Taught Listening, Extensive Reading and Oral-English. Help students to understand English culture, improved their listening and speaking the English language and instilled self-confidence. 2006 - Sophomore: Oral English Class – improved their communicating skills and listening level to a significant improvement. Successfully Implemented a positive and discipline attitude which enable the Chinese teachers and their students to solve their English speaking problems. 2005 – Junior Class: Taught Movie Appreciation. Built a strong understanding of the English culture through the use of Hollywood movies. Directed and organized participation of the many English cultural differences in the western culture to help students better understand. 3. Crazy English Camp (Summer Aug 2006): Observed classroom and taught lessons to small groups and classes. Developed and implemented lessons with books and tapes. Royale completed lessons on various levels of oral spoken English. Implemented cooperative learning, language/culture experience approach, hands-on experiences, and used an interdisciplinary teaching method. 4. Volunteer Lectures: Gave Lectures in Chang Qing University Town in Jinan Shandong China where with topics on language learning and cultural understanding. Visit Zhiyuan Senior High School in Huangdao (Qingdao Shandong). Communicated with the students on how to improve their oral spoken English with the use of language skill -training 5. English Institution in Shanghai -- Wrote an Oral English Handbook: Taught in an English institution at Morgan English from 2008-2009, located in Shanghai China with students ranging from young children to adults. Royale taught adults business communication and practical unique oral skill techniques for use in daily conversations and in business. In 2009-2010, Royale wrote a memoir about his life in China titled, “China Untold,” and spent a great deal of researching and documenting an incredible teaching method for how to improve the spoken English for all second language English learners. He signed a publishing contract for his first handbook, “English Magic”, with a publishing company in Thailand in 2012. 6. Mingzhu English & Chinese Primary School: In Shenzhen China 2011-2013 – Taught grade 1-6 spoken English and helped with developing the school’s English programs and activities. Used his own teaching method and book for the courses. 7. Started a Non-profit Organization in Dallas Texas in 2014: Created and founded English Magic USA, a nonprofit corporation for improving the English spoken proficiency for foreign students and working immigrants locally. 8. Books & Manuscripts: March 3, 2016, registered a new business, “IN WRITING”, for numerous projects that consist of writing and publishing literary work located in Dallas Texas . |
